Remember the Vow:

How the AI Revolution Requires a Leadership Revolution

The AI Revolution is transforming how we live, work, and lead. While artificial intelligence accelerates data processing, decision-making, and efficiency, it also challenges leaders to redefine their true value. Analytical skills and intellectual prowess are no longer the ultimate differentiators. Instead, what now differentiates great leadership is the singular thing AI cannot do; namely, care.

In this interactive and thought-provoking keynote, Bobby Hulme-Lippert explores how we all can express genuine care by cultivating a deep sense of belonging within teams and organizations. Talent Development professionals who foster belonging in the era of AI are uniquely positioned to drive stronger employee engagement, resilience, and growth.

Key Outcomes:
  • Practical Strategies to Cultivate Belonging for Growth – Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to create a sense of belonging within their teams and organizations, helping them foster stronger engagement, loyalty, and resilience among employees.
  • Fresh Definition of Leadership Value in the Age of AI - Attendees will understand how the rise of AI shifts the value of leadership from technical expertise to relational intelligence.
  • Insights for Harnessing AI as a Strategic Partner - Attendees will explore how to embrace AI as a collaborative tool, allowing them to focus their primary energy on human-centered leadership.

Who should attend?

All Talent Development professionals committed to fostering resilience, growth, and a sense of purpose in their organizations amidst rapid technological change.

 Lunch is provided.
