To help alleviate potential challenges and engage proactively, check out this session, which will assist in providing a more effective way to identify the communication style preferences of others so one can adapt to being more effective in their approach.
Objectives:
1. Identify how to adapt quickly in identifying communication styles and preferences.
2. List the various communication styles and identify how to respond more intentionally.
3. Adapt your approach in connecting and engaging with others so you can be intentional and proactive with the goal of achieving objectives and goals.
Participants will learn the four communication styles, motivators, stressors, and best practices for connecting, engaging, and communicating with others.
