Using Clifton Strengths to Enhance the “I” in DEI

Many organizations are prioritizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs to strengthen their culture and workforce. But what does it really mean to feel included? Cultivating a strengths-based environment has excellent potential for building inclusivity. When employees can recognize and appreciate each other for their unique contributions, they are more likely to feel included. This presentation will discuss how the Clifton Strengths Assessment can be used to build the “I” in DEI.

Location: 6220 Culebra Road, Archives (Building 51). San Antonio, TX 78228
