SAN ANTONIO ATD
MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING
Creating a Learning Culture
Fostering a strong learning culture can have a significant impact on organizations—higher retention rates, better job satisfaction, increased productivity, and greater overall employee morale. The greatest tangible asset organizations have is typically their personnel, and as learning professionals, we are in the best position to help create a culture that supports and promotes growth and development.
In this session, we will explore what defines a learning culture, why it is important, and how to create and maintain that culture.
