Speaker Bio: Norma Reyna has spent over 15 years in both healthcare and educational environments. What “fills her bucket” is “always coming to work and feel
ing engaged, inspired and empowered.” She currently serves as Director of Leadership & Organizational Development for Methodist Healthcare System. Her proudest accomplishment was presenting at a Leadership Development Institute (LDI) for all San Antonio Market. She graduated from University of Incarnate Word with a Master’s in Administration and focus in Organizational Development. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resource Management through Walden University. Her husband of 22 years is a nurse and she has a 20 years-old daughter who is also following dad’s career and a son who is 12 years-old.
